Insurance Arrangement: Insurance can be arranged at the request of the Shipper/Consignee with applicable charges.

GST Applicability: GST is applicable as per the Government of India rules and may change from time to time.

Booking Conditions: Bookings are subject to cargo acceptance, space, and equipment availability by the carrier/carrier's agent.

Validity of Rates: Rates are valid only for the specified commodity and dimensions. Actual billing will be based on the final weight and dimensions calculated by the carrier and recorded on the transport document.

Exclusions: These rates do not apply to dangerous goods, hazardous materials, perishables, restricted articles, and over-dimensional cargo.

Standard Trading Conditions: All business transactions are subject to the Standard Trading Conditions approved by the Federation of Freight Forwarders Association in India. Disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.

Insurance Responsibility: The cargo should be insured by the Shipper, Consignee, or any other nominated party. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to goods in transit.

Fumigation and Packaging: Fumigation for wooden pallets/packaging can be arranged upon request. The cargo must be stuffed by the Shipper and arranged in airworthy/seaworthy packaging as applicable.

Stackable Cargo: Rates apply to stackable cargo unless specified otherwise.

Exchange Rate: The applicable exchange rate is as of the date of arrival/departure, as the case may be.

Weight Calculation: Rates will be charged based on gross weight or airline weight calculation (chargeable weight), whichever is higher.

Additional Charges: Airport handling, warehousing, statutory charges, custom duty, stamp duty, and all receipted charges will be billed at actuals with receipt.

Receipt-Based Charges: Where charges are mentioned as "ACTUALS," receipts will be provided, and rates will be based on the actual charges by the carrier, terminal operator, airport authority, or any other third party.

Fuel Surcharge (FSC) / Security Surcharge (SSC): FSC/SSC are computed based on the current prevalent index, and any revision will affect the final offer/quote.

Space Availability: Bookings are subject to space availability with the respective carrier.

Booking Cancellation: Any booking cancellation must be communicated in writing. Cancellation charges may apply as per the carrier's policy and will be charged accordingly.

Shipping Line Surcharges: Shipping line surcharges such as Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF), Currency Adjustment Factor (CAF), Peak Season Surcharge (PSS), and other applicable surcharges will be charged as per the prevailing rates set by the shipping line at the time of shipment. If applicable.
